The previous door was so hollow-core you could hear everything. Went with the steel entry door in the dark finish. Very solid feel. My wife and I did it together — took most of a Saturday. Door sweep left a small mark on the threshold — felt pad fixed it. Good quality for the price.

Front door was original to the house — long past due for replacement. My roommate and I figured it out. A bit of trial and error. Chose the fiberglass exterior door. Resists the elements well and looks like real wood. Had to plane a bit off the bottom to clear the new flooring. Good value — no regrets.

The old exterior door had rusted at the bottom and was letting in drafts. Watched a couple of tutorials and did it myself. Worth every dollar. Went with the steel exterior door with the insulated core — no more drafts. One hinge leaf was slightly misaligned from the factory.

Was upgrading the entry before listing the house — exterior door was priority. My husband did the install — took him about two hours. The exterior door with the sidelite panel looks complete from the street. Had to source longer threshold screws ourselves. Does its job. Very happy.
