The customer acknowledges that after 5 business days starting from when purchase is delivered there is a 20% charge of the invoice price to restock items for orders placed. Any product returned have got to be in re-sellable form, packaging must be the same and/or unopened. We will process the re-order of a new door for free only after these conditions are met.
All claims about cooperation, resolved in a court and only on the territory of the State of NY.
